Reinforced structure

Before installing the exterior covering, the installation of weatherstripping reduces the risk of water infiltration into the walls. Then, a few aluminum plates are installed in strategic locations to increase the solidity of the structure and protection against water infiltration.

Sealing

Covered with a one-piece TPO membrane with minimal opening to prevent water infiltration.

Solidity

The roof is built with 2”X8” dry and modified to give them a rounded shape. The air conditioning ducts are insulated and covered with R-12 wool and 3/8” plywood.

Floor

Built with dry 2”X4” and insulated with R-12 wool, the thickness of the floor allows insulation under the hot air ducts. 5/8” plywood is screwed to this structure and covered with a floor covering over the entire surface.

Practical

The water heater and the furnace are always installed at the rear so as to avoid the evacuation of heat and toxic gases under the awning. In addition, the water and electricity inlets are located under the trailer, allowing easier exterior fittings and requiring no opening in the wall.
