Built with dry 2”X4” and insulated with R-12 wool, the thickness of the floor allows insulation under the hot air ducts. 5/8” plywood is screwed to this structure and covered with a floor covering over the entire surface.
The water heater and the furnace are always installed at the rear so as to avoid the evacuation of heat and toxic gases under the awning. In addition, the water and electricity inlets are located under the trailer, allowing easier exterior fittings and requiring no opening in the wall.
