This privacy policy is published by Les Roulottes de Parc Satellite (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our"), a Quebec-based business subject to Quebec Law 25 — formally known as An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (S.Q. 2021, c. 25) — as well as to any other applicable privacy legislation in force in Quebec and Canada.

Quebec Law 25 governs how we collect, use, communicate, and retain personal information about the individuals who visit our website or interact with our business. We are committed to handling your personal information responsibly, transparently, and only for the purposes described in this policy.

Our website is hosted through Horizon-Cumulus (9322-8310 Québec inc.), based in Joliette, Quebec. Our hosting infrastructure is located in Quebec (OVH, Beauharnois), and our consent management platform (Moelleux, operated by Horizon-Cumulus) stores consent records in Quebec as well. Our business email is operated by Horizon-Cumulus Email, also based in Canada with data residency in Quebec.

2. Personal Information Collected

Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect the following categories of personal information. We collect only what is necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

• Device and network identifiers: your IP address and device identifiers, collected automatically when you visit our site.

3. Purposes of Processing

We use your personal information only for the purposes listed below. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time (see Section 7).

• Website operation and security (Essential — legal basis: legitimate interest): Your IP address and session data are processed to ensure the website functions correctly, to maintain security, and to remember your consent preferences. This is handled by Moelleux (Horizon-Cumulus), which deposits a preference cookie named moelleux_{site_key} in your browser for a period of 13 months.
• Audience measurement and site performance (Analytics — legal basis: consent): We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are visited, how long sessions last, and general navigation patterns. This helps us improve the site experience. Google Analytics 4 collects device identifiers, your IP address, pages visited, session duration, browsing behavior, and approximate location. This service transfers data to the United States (see Section 5).
• Display of web fonts (Functional — legal basis: legitimate interest): Google Fonts is used to render text content on our site in a visually consistent way. When fonts are loaded, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers in the United States (see Section 5).
• Embedded video playback (Functional — legal basis: consent): YouTube videos are embedded directly on our site to allow you to watch content without leaving the page. When you interact with an embedded video, YouTube may collect device identifiers, your IP address, browsing behavior, and advertising identifiers. This service transfers data to the United States (see Section 5).

4. Third Parties and Processors

The table below lists all third-party services active on our website, their purpose, their service category, and whether they involve a transfer of personal information outside Quebec.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share personal information with the processors listed above only to the extent necessary to operate our website and deliver the services described in this policy.

5. Transfers Outside Quebec

Some of the third-party services we use transfer personal information to servers located outside Quebec — specifically to the United States. Under Quebec Law 25 (section 17), before communicating personal information outside Quebec, we are required to conduct a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to ensure that the information will receive adequate protection in the destination jurisdiction.

The following services involve cross-border transfers of personal information:

• Google Analytics 4 (United States): Your device identifiers, IP address, browsing behavior, and approximate location are processed by Google LLC on servers in the United States. Google LLC participates in data transfer frameworks and applies contractual safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.
• Google Fonts (United States): Your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers in the United States when web fonts are loaded. This transfer is incidental to the rendering of the page.
• YouTube — Google LLC (United States): When you interact with an embedded video, your device identifiers, IP address, browsing behavior, and advertising identifiers are processed by Google LLC in the United States.

We have assessed these transfers in accordance with section 17 of Quebec Law 25 and are satisfied that appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards are in place. 6. Retention Period

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. The table below summarizes our retention practices by data type.

Once the applicable retention period has expired, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be linked to you.

7. Rights of Individuals

Under Quebec Law 25, you have the following rights with respect to your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact our Person responsible for the protection of personal information using the details in Section 8. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

• Right of access: You may request confirmation of whether we hold personal information about you, and obtain a copy of that information in a clear and understandable format.
• Right of rectification: If your personal information is inaccurate, incomplete, or ambiguous, you may ask us to correct it. If we have communicated that information to third parties, we will notify them of the correction where feasible.
• Right of erasure (right to be forgotten): You may ask us to delete personal information that was collected without a valid legal basis, or where retention is no longer necessary for the original purpose. Certain exceptions may apply (e.g., legal obligations).
• Right to data portability: You may request that we provide your personal information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format so that you can transmit it to another organization, where technically feasible.
• Right to withdraw consent: Where we rely on your consent as the legal basis for processing, you may withdraw that consent at any time — for example, by updating your cookie preferences through our consent banner. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you have the right to file a complaint with the Quebec Information Access Commission (CAI) at www.cai.gouv.qc.ca.

In accordance with section 3.1 of Quebec Law 25, Les Roulottes de Parc Satellite has designated a Person responsible for the protection of personal information. This person oversees compliance with Quebec Law 25, handles requests relating to your personal information, and serves as your point of contact for any privacy-related question or concern.

9. Effective Date and Versioning

This privacy policy takes effect on 17 juin 2026 and corresponds to version 1.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the services we use, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and version number above. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.
